01 Acceptance of Terms
By using FTS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or under legal supervision. Continued use of our platform signifies full acceptance of these terms.
02 Services Offered
FTS provides a sports-driven fitness ecosystem including court bookings, tournament participation, and community networking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as needed.
03 User Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. Accurate information is required during registration, and FTS may suspend accounts for misuse or violations.
04 Bookings & Participation
All sessions are subject to availability. Users must strictly adhere to scheduled slots. FTS may reschedule sessions due to operational requirements.
05 Payments & Refunds
Payments must be through approved methods. Late cancellations or "no-shows" are typically non-refundable as per our operational policy.
06 Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, harassment, or facility damage. Respect for staff and fellow players is mandatory.
07 Health & Safety
Sports involve physical exertion. You are responsible for your own medical fitness. FTS is not liable for inherent risks or health-related issues during participation.
