Booking Policies & Rules

Cancellation Rule

Sports sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the loss of a booking credit.

Arrival Policy

Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to allow time for warm-up and check-in. Entry may not be permitted after the session has started.

Guest Policy

Members may invite guests depending on their membership plan. Guest passes allow friends or family to experience sports sessions within the FTS community.
